Hello everyone!
The objective of the topic is to post unofficial characters that are 100% updated to the current version of MKP 4.1 (Borg 117).
New characters like:
Quan chi, Jarek,Oniro...

As well as some classics with modifications.

My friend Commodore and me, are finishing and updating many chars that were in progress and we will post them here.

The chosen of today is Oniro, the Lin Kuei's Grand Master.

Well here I will leave a patch to work 100% new chars as Shinnok, Oniro, Quanchi, Jarek, Frost, Saphira and mk2 chars (by Jermaine kidd) with exception of ninjas; in the battle plan update of borg
chars mentioned before will soon be released

Pretty decent Frost, she's pretty fun to play as. Although one thing I noticed in her moveset is that the Unbreakable move (the HP one) does not works against boss characters, and it seems weird for the blood effects to still appear when she's hit. The biggest problem with her Unbreakable move is the range of the freezing. It seems like the opponent will not get frozen unless they hit Frost when they're really close. My suggestion is that you make her Unbreakable move work in the same way as Cyber Sub-Zero's.

The other thing bothering me are her finishers. Her fatalities seem like they are exactly the same as Kano, Sektor, and Sub-Zero's fatalities. She could have more original things, such as perhaps freezing the opponent's lower body (if not entirely), and destroy their lower body. As for her Friendship... it's way too meme-y for me to find it funny. I was hoping she could have something else, because Frozen memes are one of the things that make me cringe the most.

The last few nitpicks I have is that the "Frost Wins" sound seems kind of muffled in the quality, and there could be a little more of time between "Frost" and "Wins", to sound more alike the official announcing voices. That and Shao Kahn says "Finish Him" instead of "Finish Her".

Here hoping this could be fixed, because it's a pretty neat Frost.

hi first of all I want to clarify that the chars is not mine is a beta that did biel_mk friend .. adapted to mkp borg without knowing that there would be an official frost later
only we adapt to new updates to play with it as it is pretty good until the official release borg frost
The only thing I can answer you and solve it at the finishim for that we only patch up more paste the fatality.st in your data / mkp and shao khan tell finisher instead of finishim ... that's it!

on this occasion will be Liu Kang and Shang Tsung mk2 by Jermaine kidd
Liu Kang was added by mk2 new  sprite by lows

I personally enjoy seeing new fatalities, but the thing is that decapitation is a very overdone thing, for MK mugen characters.

Also, I see that Quan Chi's combos list is pretty much all wrong. That and his dizzy animation is way too slow. Other than that, nice character.

About the 'dizzy', speed was purposely made. Or everybody are bound to get dizzy at the same speed ?!

If you're going to make him dizzy in a slower pace, then at least give him more frames of animation, so that way it feels like he is spinning his head in a slower motion, instead of looking like his animation was merely slowed down.

Or you could just speed it up to save you from that effort.

Also, on the beheading, I mean that there are way too many MK mugen characters that share the whole "punch the opponent's head out of their body". I'm not kidding when I say that it's overused.

I kinda liked it but I feel the bazooka shouldve got kept in but I think jarek should keep the beheading but trigger it using the special that used the same animation I think that makes sense

you can modify it chars
slow or fast on quanchi dizzy and even modify any fatal in jarek
mk2 else from fatal in many games are excessive and repetitive !! MKX much repeated until their deaths reaction

What the hell? I'm giving you feedback on two different ways to fix a single animation, and that's your reply? A sarcastic "do it yourself"? Is that how you treat everyone who gives you critique on your work? Lows once treated me the same away and he only got shamed for it by other users afterwards.

Look, just because the dizzy animation is different, it doesn't means it's good. In this occasion, you should probably just speed it up, to easily fix the choppy animation speed issue. Deciding to make a character movement "slower" by slowing down the entire animation will just make it look unnatural and stiff. By the same logic, it's like making a slow walking animation with just 4 frames of animation. That's not how it works.

Please do! I converted the old version of Suijin myself to 1.0 using the instructions given by Elecbyte but I think you modify much better and may have better AI. For example I was making paustimes if 50,2 I made it 49,2 or pausetimes 0,2 where first is zero I didnt change at all, I dont know if I converted correctly even tho I made her work. I trust  on your conversions more.

And I like how you use the portrait from mk shinobi, 3d render or concept,I used the same for portrait.

I think there is a misunderstanding here ..
what I say is that if you wish you can modify it the chars in their play as many do so with something borg chars are open source
I hope I've explained myself well
